About Us

The Marian Center was established on August 15, 1988 , the Feast of the Assumption of Our Blessed Mother, by Phil and Mary Lou Dreis. On February 9, 1989 Our Blessed Mother blessed the Center during an apparition in Medjugorje. A series of expansions over the years led to the present 4000 square foot size of the store. The Center has been blessed with patrons from all corners of the globe, houses a prayer chapel complete with a life-size statue of Our Lady, and hosts a Divine Mercy chaplet daily at 3PM. The Center is staffed by over 20 dedicated volunteers. In 2005, Phil and Mary Lou Dreis passed the ministry on to Miles Jesu, a form of consecrated life in the Catholic Church for the laity, known as an Ecclesial Family of Consecrated Life.
